Asa-i ca va e pofta de ceva dulce? Si rece? Si ce altceva mai potrivit acum, cand pietele te imbata de la blocuri distanta cu mirosurile fructelor de padure: zmeura, mure, capsuni si daca esti chiar norocos poate chiar fragi. Poate ca e mai bine si mai sanatos sa le consumi ca atare, dar sigur nu veti putea refuza si ceva dulce si delicios, asa ca va recomand o spuma de fructe.

Un bol de capsuni (200g-250g), doua oua, 300g zahar si un pliculet de zahar vanilat.

A bowl of strawberries (200g-250g), 2 eggs, 300g of sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla sugar.


1. Separati albusul oualelor si bateti-l spuma, adaugand treptat zaharul. Trebuie ca spuma sa fie foarte tare, cat sa stea in bol daca il intoarceti cu capul in jos.
2. Pastrati 3-4 capsuni pentru decor, iar din restul faceti un piure cu blenderul.
3. Adaugati treptat piureul de capsuni in spuma de albus, amestecand cu spatula de jos in sus pentru a pastra textura aerata a spumei.
4. Decorati cu bucati din capsunile pastrate si cateva frunze de menta.
5. Se poate servi si acum, dar cel mai bun este dupa ce sta cateva ore, 2-3, la congelator.

4. Decorate with the pieces of leftover strawberries and a few mint leaves.
5. It can be served immediately, but it’s best to keep it in the freezer for about 2 or 3 hours.
